1 Quick Apply Full-time Part-time 1 day ago Full Job Description Job purpose The primary purpose of this position is to support the Office Manager and Operations by managing the administrative, day-to-day duties associated with running an office and keeping up with certain administrative duties.
Summary The receptionist position is responsible for manning the reception area and greeting visitors, handling mail, answering the phone, and supporting operations, sales, and human resources with certain duties.
Also responsible for arranging internal office meetings and supporting executive visits.

Answer/Direct phone calls - take detailed notes for those who need to return phone calls 2.
Greet visitors and have them sign in 3.
Assist walk-in applicants with paperwork and check to see if it's fully completed.
Pass on to the appropriate manager 4.
Check postal mail and alert others of packages addressed to them 5.
Manage the cleaning of office areas and maintain office equipment, and other housekeeping duties of any of the facilities, including the Plant.

Create new hire packets 7.
Set up new employees for Onboarding video and oversee their paperwork 8.
Ensure I9 is filled in by the employee and then fill in and complete the back of I9s - file in the I9 log 9.
Input all new hire information into SC new hire reporting and E-Verify 10.
Send all New Hire forms & W4 forms to HR/Accounting team 11.
Send termination forms to Payroll Director/Human Resources Director 12.
Distribute and obtain from employees all insurance enrollments and send them to HR and vendors.
Assist employees in this paperwork 13.
Respond to generic emails/ forward them to the intendedrecipient 14.
Order tools/items needed per Operations Manager or Plant Supervisor 15.
Assist Office and Ops Manager to keep up with the First aid kit and provide needed items to employees 16.
Put all new hire employee's handprints into the timeclock 17.
Complete and submit all timeclock, tracking reports, and excuses for weekly review by managers 18.
Update the HR Eligibility Matrix and insurance census for SC employees at least twice a month 19.
Field employee social services or state authority calls or emails to Human Resources and Payroll Directors 20.
Log any employee call-ins daily to track attendance 21.
Schedule drug screens, run SLED report 22.
Fax paperwork for terminated employees to State agenciesper law 23.
Perform other tasks at the request of Office and Position Type/Expected Hours of Work:
This is a part time to full-time position, and hours of work and days are Monday through Friday, hours are flexible and will be determined during the interview process.

This job operates in a professional office environment.
This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines.
