Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients via phone, email, and chat - Answer customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner - Upsell products and services to customers when appropriate - Make outbound calls to follow up with customers or provide updates on their inquiries - Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently - Analyze customer needs and provide appropriate solutions or recommendations - Maintain a high level of phone etiquette and professionalism at all times
Qualifications:
- Previous customer service experience is preferred - Strong communication skills, both written and verbal - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively - Proficient in data entry and computer skills - Ability to analyze customer inquiries and provide appropriate solutions - Excellent phone etiquette and interpersonal skills Job Type:
