Supervisor

Position Summary:
The Supervisor is responsible for coordinating the activities of a production and for maintaining Safety, Quality and Production requirements on a daily basis.
Safety ? Promotes, creates and ensures that a safe work environment is assured and maintained. Actively participates in programs such as TOPS, Safety Committees, 5S programs, SOP implementation. Uses and assures that all employees are using the required PPE. Drives safety through the organization to ensure that all staff are following the proper safety procedures. Questions current procedures to assure we are striving for perfection.
Crane Business System ? Collect and analyze data to determine primary opportunities to improve Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost and 5S. Develop and implement improvements for those opportunities. Keep records of all improvements including date performed, description, who was involved and the impact on the operation. Participate and lead kaizen events to improve overall Value Stream. Become a Tool Champion in Standard Work within one year.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
