The FP&A Analyst is responsible for providing valuable financial information on key areas of business operations by supporting the VPGMs of our market segments. Working with the VPGM and the FP&A Manager, this role has face-time with senior and executive management, delivering impactful analysis and recommendations, and driving performance improvement across the organization. Specifically, this position will support financial modeling required by the commercial teams, Engineering, and product management groups. This role will be key in planning and forecasting process, monitor financial performance, and report and analyze financial/operational results and help management understand variances from plans and from prior periods.
Essential Functions
+ Create and maintain the detail financial planning and reporting models
+ Create commercial models to support pricing and ROI decisions
+ Go deep -- analyze monthly and quarterly operational and financial results and variances, including KPIs and business drivers including written commentary for executive presentation
+ Play a key role in the continued development of FP&A deliverables including reporting, budgeting and planning processes by partnering with the business leaders across key functions
+ Work closely with accounting to provide input on management reporting needs and better understanding of actuals
+ Act as a liaison between Finance and other departments in developing and analyzing financial information models to address various business initiatives.
+ Assist in month end close process

Working Conditions:Typical Office Conditions
Education: Bachelor?s Degree Accounting or Finance required. MBA or designation a plus.
+ 3-5 years of experience in the field of expertise, preferable in consulting or manufacturing.
+ Strong attention to details to deliver flawless execution.
+ High intellectual curiosity; proactive; self-starter.
+ Excellent analytical and modeling skills and a strong understanding of operational accounting and finance concepts like accruals, cost accounting, and variance analyses
+ Demonstrated teamwork and problem-solving skills.
+ Excellent communication, interpersonal and proven business partnerships skills with a bias towards strategic thinking
+ Adept in working in a high energy, changing environment and an ability to meet deadlines
+ Expert Excel and PowerPoint
+ Experience with Hyperion and ERP systems desired.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster.
